Exercises to Relieve Your Neck Pain

Push your chin forward while holding your body straight. Stretch your chin forward and hold it for 5 seconds. Go back to the starting position and then push your chin toward your back and again hold it for 5 seconds. Repeat this exercise five times.
Turn your head to one side while your chin is at the same level as your shoulders and then look ahead again. Next turn the other side with the same position and then back to look ahead. Repeat this exercise five times on each side.
While sitting, tilt your head downward, as far as you comfortably can, trying to touch your chin to touch your chest. Hold your head in this position for five seconds then look ahead. Repeat this exercise five times.
Neck Tilt Side to Side
Tilt your head toward your shoulder so your head is facing your shoulder. Hold on to this position for five seconds and then repeat the same procedure on the other side. Repeat both procedures five times.
Sit while holding your head on the shoulders squarely. Turn your head to the side as far as you can and keep it in that position for 30 seconds. Repeat the same on the other side. Repeat this exercise five times.
While standing, square your shoulders by lifting them, then, move one shoulder at a time in a circle for five times. Repeat this exercise on the other shoulder for five times. Repeat this shoulder exercise five times.
